Terms & Conditions

By booking services with The Flash Collective LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment
   •    A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time.
   •    The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) week prior to the event date.
   •    Events are not considered fully booked until the deposit has been received.

Event Details
   •    Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including venue address, setup time, and event duration.
   •    Any changes to event details must be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Setup & Space Requirements
   •    The client must ensure adequate space, access to power, and a safe, level setup area for the photo booth.
   •    If access to the venue is delayed or restricted, event time may be reduced without refund.

Client Responsibility
   •    The client agrees to ensure that guests use the photo booth equipment responsibly.
   •    The Flash Collective LLC reserves the right to shut down the photo booth if equipment is being misused or if conditions become unsafe, without refund.

Damage to Equipment
   •    The client is financially responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or other third parties during the event.
   •    Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Outdoor Events
   •    Outdoor events require a covered area to protect equipment from weather conditions.
   •    Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related issues. Clients are encouraged to arrange a backup indoor location when possible.

Force Majeure
   •    The Flash Collective LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, equipment malfunction, or emergencies.
   •    In such cases, a full refund including the deposit will be provided.

Limitation of Liability
   •    The Flash Collective LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the photo booth services.
   •    The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Flash Collective LLC from any claims arising from the event.

Copyright & Usage
   •    The Flash Collective LLC retains the right to use event photos for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Acceptance of Terms
   •    Booking services with The Flash Collective LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the refund policy.
